Hi folks,
here is a video testimonial we received a while ago from Jim Curtis, Clonsilla, Dublin 15. Jim posted a job looking for plans for an attic conversion on Tradesmen.ie and was very happy with the result. You can see the video feedback below:-

Thanks to Jim for taking the time to make this video and well done to the tradesman who carried out the work.

And lastly, remember these 4 tips when hiring a tradesman

1. Ask for phone numbers of references so that you can check them out

2. Check insurance and certification of the tradesman where insurance or certification is required.

3. Hire a suitably qualified architect, building surveyor or building engineer if the job is anything to do with a new build, building renovation or extension

4. Agree on some sort of stage payments for the job. Remember that full payment should not be made until the job is complete and has been inspected by you, and if necessary by a certifier.
