The draw for everyone who hired a tradesman and provided feedback in the month of December was held on January 31st. The results are as follows:-
Recently we carried out a quick survey of bathroom renovation costs from tradesmen listed on our site. We asked them how much it would cost to renovate a 30sq m bathroom (tiling, plumbing and electrics). We also asked if there were any tips they could give to get the best job done.

Recently we carried out a quick window and door prices survey with some window companies on Tradesmen.ie. They were asked to price 2 external pvc doors, front and back and 7 average size pvc windows. All windows to have a u-value* of 1.3. We also asked them for some tips on getting the best job done. Here are some of the replies we got below:-
A while ago we carried out a new build house cost survey with some tradesmen on Tradesmen.ie. In our survey, the question was how much would it cost excluding VAT to build a 150 m2 new house ready to furnish? We also asked them for any hints or tips they would have in order to have the best experience. We have included some of the responses below:-
