Jason Peters: A Visionary Builder in Lusk, Co. Dublin

Project: House Extension in Lusk
Reviewer: Claudio L, Swords, Co. Dublin

Jason Peters and his colleague Steven embarked on a challenging project for Claudio—a large rear extension with significant remodeling of the original house. Their approach was marked by meticulousness and consideration for the family’s daily life. Claudio’s Review:- “Jason and Steven recently completed a large rear extension to our home and remodeling of the original house to make a large open plan kitchen/ diner & sitting room. This work involved the building of a large 25m2 extension, removal of interior stud walls into existing kitchen and removal of fireplace at side of house. They also put in a side window and then made it all look like one room. We were living at home while all work was carried out, which, the lads were very cautious of and kept disturbance to us to a minimum. We found them great. They arrived bright and early every day, were extremely polite and helpful and kept us up to speed on all progress and kept the site clean and tidy and safe for our two small children at all times. They were extremely obliging and were always willing to make any necessary changes to meet our expectations. They completed exactly on time and exactly on budget as was determined prior to commencement. They were very competent on all aspects of the project. All works carried out were done so to a very high standard. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks a lot guys. We’re absolutely loving the new house layout.

Andrey Tarasov: Master of Attic Conversions in Dublin 12

Project: Attic Conversion in Athlone
Reviewer: Mal T, Athlone, Westmeath

Andrey and Elmer’s commitment to their craft was evident in the complex attic conversion they undertook for Mal. Their work ethic, characterized by long hours and a no-nonsense approach.  Mal’s Review:- “Andreys & Elmer did an attic conversion for me consisting of 2 bedrooms 2 en-suites and 2 walk in wardrobes in my attic space . They are exceptional guys. They turn up early in the morning and have worked very late into evenings up to 9pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays without ever questioning my requirements. They work non stop no chatting or lazing about with these guys good honest hard workers who I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone . Their work is of the highest standard at all times. Even my architect was amazed at there attention to detail and professionalism and he even said he would highly recommend them to any of his clients . Thanks again guys for all the great work. I hope you are kept very busy as I am sure you will be as you both are exceptional guys.

Denis Prakapavicius: The All-Rounder Builder from Cavan

Project: Shed Conversion/Extension in Edgeworthstown
Reviewer: Chris S, Edgeworthstown, Longford

Denis’s exceptional skills in handling a complex conversion project in an old property won him high praise from Chris. His attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and impeccable craftsmanship were unmatched. Chris’s Review:- “Denis is absolutely first class, reliable, and we didn’t have to try and negotiate other tradesmen to fit with the work. He took care of it all. He listened to what we wanted, and undertook the work in an old and ‘difficult’ property, delivering a very high spec of finished work. Attention to detail is impeccable, and Denis is a problem solver, which has been invaluable to us in the maintenance and development of our house. Denis explains everything as the work progresses, and discusses choices, offering a realistic opinion about what is achievable. He doesn’t go ahead and do ‘add-ons’ without consent, and significant cost implications to this (relatively large) job are always dscussed. All in all… we are absolutely delighted with the work done. So delighted, in fact, that we have decided to use him to complete other work.

Reviewer: Paula H, Lucan, Co. Dublin

When Paula reached out for a landscaping service, she was seeking someone who could turn her vision into reality without overcharging. She found her match in Michael McDonnell of 4greenfields Landscaping Services. The task was enormous: transforming a poorly maintained garden into a slice of paradise. Paula’s Review:- “Michael and his team took on the humongous job of clearing redesigning and landscaping my back garden which was in a very poor state. I was searching for over a year for the right landscapers to do the job who were legit and wouldn’t rip me off with a ridiculous price. Michael McDonnell 4greenfields landscaping services came in, gave a really fair price by working within my budget and did a 1st class job. They worked solid from the 1st day they got here and grafted until they finished and were gone. They came like a whirl wind and left me with the perfect garden, without cutting corners. They are masters at what they do, each an expert and meticulous in their field and each one a courteous well mannered respectful individual. Project: Plastering Job in Stephens Green
Reviewer: Barney M, Stephens Green, Dublin 2

Barney MacDonnell, owner of Square Deal Construction, needed a skilled plasterer for a significant renovation project in Stephens Green. Thomas Mcevoy stood out with his profound knowledge and passion for his craft. Barney’s Review:- “Hello. My name is Barney MacDonnell and I’m the owner of a construction company called Square Deal. We needed a skilled tradesman who was confident in carrying out a large a mount of work we had in renovating a property in Stephens Green. At our first meeting with Thomas we found him extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional in his approach. It’s hard these days to find somebody that is as passionate as Thomas and his crew about their trade and the work that they carry out. I have employed several plasters over the years and was taken back by the level of experience and knowledge that Thomas was able to bring to this job. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thomas for any other project of a large capacity such as the one above or small jobs.”
